Drilling begins at Murray Brook

Drilling is under way at the Murray Brook property in northern New Brunswick, NovaGold Resources (TSE) reports.

Operators of the program are Arimetco International (TSE) and Breakwater Resources (TSE). The pair, earning a 50% interest in the project from NovaGold, is providing $500,000 in funding.

The joint venture is undertaking a 13,000-ft. drilling program to determine the extent of the high-grade copper mineralization within the existing open pit and the continuity of the zone at depth.
