Thirty drill holes, totalling 27,353 ft have been drilled on the main gold zone of Raymor Resources’ property in Amos, Que.
Drill results are not all available yet but indications are the zone carries grades of 0.15 oz to 0.18 oz gold per ton over widths of 6.5 ft. Individual assays in the best eight holes assayed so far range from 0.07 to 0.59 oz per ton.
Drill holes have tested the zone to a depth of 1,000 ft.
The zone has been stripped over a length of 1,200 ft and bulk samples will likely be taken during the summer, according to the company.
The company’s shares are listed in Alberta, trading at about 75 cents .
