Drilling planned for Alliger West

Drills are about to turn at the Alliger West claim block, 75 km north of the Voisey’s Bay copper-nickel-cobalt discovery in Labrador.

Ownership of the property is shared equally among Athabaska Gold Resources (TSE), Eastfield Resources (VSE), Island-Arc Resources (VSE) and Warner Ventures (VSE).

Airborne geophysics have outlined a strong electromagnetic anomaly on the claim block, and subsequent ground geophysics identified a 800-metre-long target.

The joint venture plans initially to drill five 100-metre holes on the target.
