Eastmain Sept 15

The majority of Westmin’s $1 million 1989 budget was targeted for the Clearwater and Lichteneger permits. The best drill results from these properties include 3.2 ft grading 0.39 oz gold per ton, 3.2 ft grading 1.53 oz and 4.6 ft assaying 0.38 oz. Another hole cut 2.2 ft grading 0.83 oz.

On the 100%-owned Lac Hudson property, also in Quebec, additional work has been recommended to test a surface gold occurrence. According to Eastma in’s consult ing geologist, the Lac Hudson mineralization is associated with a sheared and al tered zone similar to the Eastmain gold deposit owned by MSV.
