The start of a drilling program is planned for this month at the Dufresnoy-Clericy property directly south of the polymetallic Mobrun property, near Rouyn-Noranda, Que., Societe Miniere Ecudor (ME) reports.
Announcement of the work program follows the execution by Ecudor of a $2.2-million option agreement with Soquem which will allow the Quebec Crown mining exploration corporation to acquire a 50% interest in the property. Ecudor will use the proceeds to finance the work program.
