Eden Roc outlines gold anomaly

Eden Roc Minerals (TSE) has identified three major gold anomalies on a portion of its Ivory Coast exploration concession.

One such anomaly runs for 900 meters, twice the length of the anomaly that outlined the producing Aniuri deposit.

Soil samples are in the 0.5-grams-per-tonne range and several exceeded 1 gram. Eden Roc is now trenching the anomalies. The ground is 4 km south of the Aniuri open pit.

President Hermann Derbuch said “the biggest anomaly is more extensive than anything discovered in this area before.”

Aniuri produces 1,100 tonnes per day with an 85% recovery rate. A quartz central core averages 0.48 oz. (15 grams).
