A bulk sampling program is under way on Eider Mining Resources’ Lac Rose gold property. Located in Quevillon Twp., Que., the Lac Rose property is being examined by an underground exploration program.
Eider has completed a ventilation raise and has expanded the size of existing drifts. Approximately 600 tonnes of material grading 0.255 oz gold per ton have been broken. A total of 7,000 tonnes of ore will be mined before June, Eider says. The program is expected to yield 1,500 oz of gold.
Based on favorable results, Eider will also drill several deep holes which will test for extensions of the mineralized zones at depth.
