A program of line-cutting, geophysical and first phase of a diamond drilling program is planned by Alberta-listed Energy International Overseas Corp. on its newly- acquired Bernier group of claims near Timmins, Ont.
This group of patented mining claims is located in Hoyle Twp., between Canamax’s Bell Creek mine and Falconbridge Ltd.’s Owl Creek open pit gold mine.
At its Lightbody group of claims in Whitney Twp., also in the Timmins, area, Energy plans a diamond drilling program this year.
The company says it is negotiating for $1 million in flow-through funds to facilitate its exploration programs in the Timmins area this year.
