EXPLORATION – Buchans River hits VMS zone

Buchans River (BUV-A) has intersected massive sulphides at its Barasway de Cerf property in southern Newfoundland.

The best intersection from the 3-hole program returned a weighted average grade of 4.6% zinc, 2.6% lead and 7.8 grams silver per tonne over a true width of 2.4 metres. A higher-grade interval within this intersection returned 8.5% zinc, 4.2% lead and 12.1 grams silver.

The zone is about 25 metres downdip from the Trench Brook showing, which assayed 10.5% zinc, 4.2% lead and 18.8 grams silver over 0.8 metre.
