Forbex reports gold intersections at Rouyn property

Three of four holes drilled by Cambior Inc. on the Stadacona-East property at Rouyn-Noranda, Que., have returned gold values, Forbex Mining Resources reports. Forbex and Cambior have signed a joint exploration agreement for the property.

Hole FB87-37 intersected 0.15 oz gold per ton over 4.6 ft, hole FB87-36 cut 0.1 oz over 2.3 ft, and hole FB87-33 returned 0.06 oz over 7 ft and 0.13 oz over 3.3 ft. A fourth hole drilled to the west, away from the main zone, intersected no notable values. Three holes are currently being drilled at the main lens at depth. Forbex also reports a third drill has started exploration work on other parts of the property.

Meanwhile, at the Kekeko property, located five miles south of Rouyn, Forbex reports one drill is working.
