Glencairn purchases western property

Toronto-based junior Glencairn Exploration (ASE) has purchased a 100% interest in a 60-claim base metal property near Cranbrook, B.C.

The claims are three kilometres southwest of a property where Consolidated Ramrod Gold (TSE), Chapleau Resources (VSE) and Barkhor Resources (VSE) have made a new base metal discovery. Both properties are underlain by the Middle Aldridge Quartzite Unit, which is the same geological formation that hosts the Sullivan mine 30 km to the north.
