Diamond drilling by B.Y.G. Natural Resources (BYG-T) on its Mt. Nasen gold-silver property in the Yukon is returning encouraging results.
Drilling there is exploring the northern extension of veins exposed during a stripping program conducted last year. Recent results include: * 2.5 metres grading 4.11 grams gold and 68.2 grams silver per tonne in hole 183, including 0.65 metre of 8.71 grams gold and 98.8 grams silver; * 1.75 metres grading 2.1 grams gold and 53.9 grams silver and 1 metre grading 4.73 grams gold and 295.8 grams silver in hole 184;
* 7.5 metres grading 0.43 gram gold and 9.5 grams silver and 3 metres grading 2.9 grams gold and 33.5 grams silver in hole 186;
* 1.2 metres grading 9.64 grams gold and 357.8 grams silver and 3 metres grading 19.01 grams gold and 802.8 grams silver, including 1.2 metres of 37.58 grams gold and 1,538 grams silver, in hole 188.
This latest round of drilling has extended the known length of the veins, which remain open along trend and at depth, 50 metres to the north.
