GOLD AND PRECIOUS METAlS — Link to drill in Mexico

A successful soil sampling campaign at its Lupita project, in Mexico’s Jalisco state, has prompted Link Mineral Ventures (LMVL-C) to undertake a drill program.

Soil samples were collected from the upper levels of the past-producing Lupina mine, in which an epithermal gold-silver deposit had been exploited, returning values as high as 28.4 grams gold and 1,280 grams silver per tonne. Samples collected from the ore dump graded as high as 23.3 grams gold and 3,540 grams silver.

The company intends to conduct 1,000 metres of diamond drilling to confirm continuity of mineralization at depth adjacent to the mine and to test mineralized targets along strike.
