Gold City, partners set merger terms

Partners Gold City Resources (ASE), Providence Industries (VSE) and privately held McKinney Mines have set the terms of their planned merger.

Shareholders will receive one share in the new company for each share of Gold City, each 1.3 shares of McKinney and each 0.8 share of Providence. The amalgamated company will have 23.2 million shares outstanding and interests in several mineral prospects in British Columbia.
