Goldcorp reports purchasing 358,200 shares of Wharf on the open market. Goldcorp controls Dickenson Mines (TSE), which is the major shareholder in Wharf. Together, Goldcorp and Dickenson own about 7.6 million shares of Wharf, which operates a heap leach gold project in South Dakota.
