A private placement has been completed by Goldstake Explorations which has raised $750,000. The issue of one million common shares with warrants was made to a European group.
The proceeds, Goldstake says, will be used for working capital purposes. The company is also seeking a listing on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Following listing, the company plans to raise funds for exploration of the Stowell property in South Dakota.
