Hycroft third quarter profit

Hycroft operates the Crofoot/ Lewis heap leach gold mine near Winnemucca, Nev. The mine produced 24,028 oz in the third quarter, bringing 9-month production to 60,733 oz.

The company plans a deep drilling program for the new year budgeted at $1 million(US). The objective of the program will be to drill below existing pits to test for deep epithermal sulphide systems.

Hycroft has also obtained a $2.1-million reduction in the purchase price of the Lewis mine acquired from Granges Inc. (TSE) in 1987. Granges is a 59% majority shareholder in Hycroft.
