INSIDER TRADING — Kinross boosts stake in Greystar

Recent insider trading transactions reported by the Ontario Securities Commission in its OSC Bulletin, include the following:

* Greystar Resources (GSL-T)Kinross Gold, owner of more than 10% of the company, bought 100,000 shares at 65 cents to hold 9.8 million shares.

* Lytton Minerals (LTL-T) — Robert Dickson, director, acquired 1,000 shares at $1.08 to hold 1,000 shares; Howard Miller, director, reported he held 11.01 million shares indirectly; and Robert Watts, director, was granted 250,000 options at 35 cents to hold 250,000 options.

* Mill City International (MIY-V) — Janice Burns, officer, was granted 250,000 options at 15 cents to hold 600,000 options.

* Mustang Gold (MUST-C) — Robin Dunbar, director, exercised 100,000 options indirectly at 20 cents and sold 100,000 shares indirectly and privately at 20 cents to hold 750,000 shares indirectly; Kenneth Lapierre, director, exercised 100,000 options indirectly at 20 cents and sold 100,000 shares indirectly and privately at 20 cents to hold 670,000 shares.

* Naneco Minerals (NNE-A) — Archibald Nesbitt, director, sold 24,000 shares at 46-50 cents and bought 25,000 shares privately at 30 cents to hold 824,425 shares directly and 571,000 shares indirectly.
