Insider Trading — Trillion officers active

Two senior officers of Trillion Resources (TSE) completed share transactions in January.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer John Barclay was granted 30,000 options at $4.50 and sold 2,000 shares at $4.25, to hold 1,200 shares and 80,000 options.

Director and senior officer Ronald Netolitzky bought 50,000 shares at $4.00-4.45, sold 9,500 shares at $4.45 and was granted 100,000 options at $4.50, to hold 951,320 shares and 280,000 options.

Ariel Res. (TSE) — Paul Esquivel, director, exercised 125,000 options at $1.20 and sold 66,400 shares at $2.17-2.51, to hold 61,600 shares and 25,000 options.

Arimetco Int’l (TSE) — Harold Snipes, director and senior officer, sold 35,000 shares at $1.16-1.19 to hold 5.5 million shares.

Aur Res. (TSE) — William Robertson, director, was granted 100,000 options at $4.35 to hold 200,000 options.

Blue Emerald Res. (VSE) — Richard Nemis, director and senior officer, sold 200,000 shares at 10 cents to hold 624,536 shares.

Diamond Fields Res. (TSE) — David Cohen, director, bought 15,000 shares at $12.62-12.75 and sold 17,450 shares at $12.87, to hold 225,000 shares. Ican Minerals (TSE) — Guenter Liedtke, director and senior officer, sold 27,000 shares at 31-32 cents to hold 548,000 shares. Director and senior officer Archibald Nesbitt bought 50,000 shares at 34 cents and sold 10,000 shares at 33 cents, to hold 547,900 shares.

Int’l Larder Minerals (CDN) — John Harvey, director, was granted 1 million options at 20 cents to hold 1 million options.

Miramar Mining (TSE) — Stephen Quin, director and senior officer, bought 8,350 shares at $6 and sold 17,300 shares at $6.13, to hold 8,350 shares. Northfield Minerals (TSE) — Robert Cudney, director and senior officer, sold 1,000 shares at 75 cents and bought 43,000 shares at 72-80 cents, to hold 97,100 shares. Thomas Larsen, director and senior officer, bought 11,500 shares at 76-80 cents and sold 39,500 shares at 73-78 cents, to hold 351,831 shares.

Francis Sauve, director and senior officer, sold 6,000 shares at 79-82 cents to hold 668,500 shares.
