Int’l Platinum resumes trading

After several months of inactivity, shares of International Platinum (IPC) have resumed trading on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (NASDAQ).

However, owing to what the company calls “certain unresolved issues,” IPC shares remain under suspension with the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). The Ontario Securities Commission recently rescinded a cease-trading order against IPC following the company’s successful lodgement of financial statements.

IPC has received an interim report on its Black Rock gold property in Arizona from independent mining consultant Behre Dolbear & Company, and a copy of the report has been sent to the TSE.

In the meantime, Behre Dolbear’s consulting work continues, with the aim of determining an optimal precious metal recovery method for the Black Rock material, and an optimal assay procedure.
