Nine Barrington River placer gold claims in the Telegraph Creek area of British Columbia have been sold by Integrated Resources (ASE) to a private Edmonton, Alta., company, Barrington Gold. Subject to approval by its shareholders, Integrated will receive $800,000 and 1.3 million shares of the private company.
