Jarvis plans drilling on marble prospect

Jarvis Resources (VSE) is planning to drill its newly acquired marble property in Parkin Twp., 20 miles from Sudbury, Ont. Jarvis intends to complete the next phase of drilling, designed to delineate an open pit mining area, by the end of October.

The multicolored marble band, which currently measures 100-300 ft. in width, 2,000 ft. in length and 150 ft. to depth, remains open in all directions.

Jarvis is considering selling the marble based on a royalty per ton sold and shipped and is currently exploring marketing alternatives.
