Kenrich prepares to drill Corey property

A $1.4-million drilling and exploration program is set to begin on the Corey property in northwestern British Columbia.

Kenrich Mining (VSE), which owns the 83,000-acre property, will drill 40 holes in order to test several zones where stratigraphy and soil geochemistry indicate the potential for “Eskay Creek-style” mineralization. The Corey property lies 8 miles south of Prime’s Eskay Creek mine.

A well-mineralized, thick, black mudstone unit within the target area has returned 3.3 ft. grading 0.84 oz. gold and 2.06 oz. silver for hole 95-15.
