LABRADOR NEWS ROUNDUP — Primero ground hosts anomalies

An airborne geophysical program over Primero Industries’ (VSE) block of 230 claims in Labrador has uncovered several prospective anomalies, particularly in the northeastern corner.

The ground is 3 km northwest of Diamond Fields’ discovery boundary.

NDT Ventures (VSE) can earn a 51% interest by incurring exploration expenditures of $1 million by the end of 1997.

The agreement calls for a minimum of 600 metres to be drilled by the end of this year. Accordingly, NDT has applied for a drill permit.

Preliminary grab samples have yielded geochemically anomalous values for three of the samples. Two carried nickel and copper values, while a third was found to contain copper and gold.
