Lansdowne to merge with Beaver Creek

Lansdowne Oil and Minerals plans to merge with Beaver Creek Goldfields on a share-for-share basis following regulatory approval. Beaver Creek recently optioned two properties in Quebec.

In Desjardins Twp., Beaver’s 43-claim property has been optioned to Hemlo Explorations. Another 85 claims in Buteux Twp. are located near Chibougamau. Hemlo must spend $200,000 by September, 1987, and an additional $200,000 by Dec 31, 1989, in order to earn a 50% stake in both properties.
