LAST BUT NOT LEAST — Inter-Rock options South Carolina land

Junior Inter-Rock Gold (ME) is optioning seven properties near Jefferson, S.C.

The 1,118-acre ground is immediately north of the past-producing Brewer gold mine.

Recent exploration on one of the properties outlined an area of low-grade gold mineralization measuring 1,000 ft. by 500 ft. The best intercepts from drilling were 0.038 oz. gold per ton over 65 ft. and 0.056 oz. over 40 ft. Geophysical and geochemical surveys are planned as Inter-Rock searches for large, low-grade, open-pit deposits. Drilling will follow.

Expenditures for the seven properties in 1994 are expected to be $250,000. The acquisition is subject to due diligence, final agreements and approval by regulators.
