We were pleased to see that you featured our joint-venture property at Kikerk Lake, N.W.T. (T.N.M., May 11-17/98), but prefer that credit be given where it is due.
Exploration on the Kikerk Lake joint venture has been carried out since 1995 by Caledonia Mining, which identified the four discrete trains of kimberlite indicator minerals on the project.
Condor International Resources acquired its interest in the project in 1998 and, as reported, can obtain a 50% interest from Caledonia by spending $700,000 on exploration.
Your article erroneously credits Condor with exploration work on the project that has been carried out by Caledonia.
