McGill seminar, mineral evaluation

A seminar on mineral project evaluation techniques and applications will be held Feb 9-20 at McGill University, Montreal, by the university’s department of mining and metallurgical engineering.

It is one of a number of seminars on mining and related subjects to be held by the department over the remainder of the university year, to about the end of May.

The project evaluation seminar will consist of a balanced mixture of lectures and team exercises which focus on project assessment techniques and their application to the analysis of mining industry related issues, McGill says.
