MINER BRIEFS — Minproc, Hugo

Minproc Engineers of the U.S. and Australia and Hugo Petersen of Germany have agreed to combine their expertise and resources. Minproc will design and construct sulphuric acid plants and related turn-key gas cleaning projects worldwide, and Hugo Petersen will produce electrostatic mist precipitators and other proprietary equipment for purification of sulphur dioxide gases from smelting and waste acid generation, and systems for air pollution control.
