Recent insider trading reported by the Ontario Securities Commission in its OSC Bulletin includes the following:
Afriore (AFO-V) — Harvey White, director, bought 102,000 shares at 90 cents-$1.20 and sold 80,000 shares at 90 cents-$1.11 to hold 442,263 shares.
DiamondWorks (DMW-T) — Elliot Associates, owner of more than 10% of the company, sold 2.39 million shares privately at US10-16 cents
to hold 16.07 million shares; and Delu Holender, director, sold 1.07 million shares indirectly at 20-28 cents and was granted 46,000 options at 35 cents to hold 1.8 million shares indirectly, 11,200 shares directly and
75,000 options.
Manhattan Minerals (MAN-T) — Kurt Forgaard, director, exercised 60,000 options at $1.85 to hold 100,000 options and 111,000 shares; Edward Hirst, director, bought 5,000 shares at $2.85 to hold 7,600 shares; Brian Lock, director, bought 25,000 shares indirectly at $3.54-3.75 to hold 118,000 shares.
