  • DiamondWorks (DMW-T) — Elliot Associates, owner of more than 10% of the company, sold 2.39 million shares privately at US10-16 cents

    to hold 16.07 million shares; and Delu Holender, director, sold 1.07 million shares indirectly at 20-28 cents and was granted 46,000 options at 35 cents to hold 1.8 million shares indirectly, 11,200 shares directly and

    75,000 options.
