Hermann Derbuch bought 147,500 shares at 27-30 cents to hold 514,268 shares.

* Minco Mining & Metals (MMM-T) — Pacific Canada Resources, holder of more than 10%, sold 262,500 shares privately at 40 cents to hold 6.8 million.
* Orvana Minerals (ORV-T) — Paul Dircksen, officer, was granted 45,000 options at $1.75 to hold 433,000; Henry Reimer, director, was granted 25,000 options at $1.75 to hold 221,000; Michael Roper, officer, was granted 50,000 options at $1.75 to hold 200,000; and Edward Thompson, director, was granted 25,000 options at $1.75 to hold 124,500.
* TVX Gold (TVX-T) — John Hick, director, was granted 80,000 options at $3.90 to hold 1.2 million.
* Tyler Resources (TYS-T) — Glen Harper, director, bought 75,500 shares directly at 14-19 cents, bought 53,000 shares indirectly at 18-20 cents, sold 10,000 shares directly at 23 cents and was granted 275,000 options indirectly at 18 cents to hold 1.6 million shares directly, 235,000 shares indirectly and 275,000 options.
