A one-day seminar, providing an update and overview of the taxation of the Canadian mining industry, will be offered May 5 at the Four Seasons Hotel (Yorkville), Toronto.
Topics to be discussed include basic income tax considerations, federal and provincial legislation, the structure of mineral resource ventures, and how to optimize the utilization of tax deductions for exploration and mining operations. Emphasis will be placed on changes to be created by pending federal tax reform legislation.
