Mispec hits Indonesian gold

Drilling by Mispec Resources (MPE-M) at its Jampang gold project in Indonesia has identified two new zones of mineralization.

The Pasir Keusik and Puteran-Simpang structures were identifed by reverse-Circulation holes drilled 500 metres north of the Lipi zone.

Twenty-five reverse-Circulation holes were sunk in the Pasir Keusik zone.

Selected results from that program include 39 metres grading 2.32 grams gold and 13 grams silver per tonne, and 3 metres of 6.6 grams gold and 15 grams silver.

Seven reverse-Circulation holes were drilled in the Puteran-Simpang zone.

Results from that zone include 47 metres of 3.56 grams gold, including 17 metres of 7.49 grams gold, and 8 metres of 4.45 grams gold. Silver results for that target are pending.

Results from drill-Testing of the Lipi zone include: 7 metres grading 3.45 grams gold, 28.3 grams silver and 1.9% copper; 38 metres of 2.14 grams gold, 3.7 grams silver and 0.46% copper; and 8 metres of 4.93 grams gold, 19.5 grams silver and 2.49% copper.
