Over the next few years, NAR Resources (nrl-m) plans to spend US$2 million exploring greenstone belts considered prospective for volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits in Zimbabwe.
The land package was identified by a unit of Falconbridge (f-t).
The work programs will be funded by NAR, based on approved programs and a budget of US$2 million during the next three years. Any acquisitions generated by this work will be deemed part of the designated exploration area.
The initial exploration area was put together by Falconbridge, which has already optioned 18 claim blocks in three main areas containing copper-zinc, gold and tungsten mineralization.
NAR can earn a 40% interest in the designated exploration area.
