It’s out with the old numbers and in with the new at the Goldfields project of Greater Lenora Resources (GEN-T).
Situated in northern Saskatchewan, the gold project is now estimated to contain an in situ, all-category resource of 10.5 million tonnes grading 2.19 grams gold per tonne.
Using an average dilution factor of 15% for mining purposes, Greater Lenora has reserves of about 12 million tonnes grading 1.93 grams gold.
The Simons Engineering feasibility study in 1995 had estimated Goldfields at 16.6 million tonnes grading 1.67 grams gold.
The Goldfields project consists of two potential open-pit mines: Box and Athona.
