Tropicana Resources has changed its name to Tropicana Development Corp. (tna:vse) on a share-for- share basis.

Vancouver-based Cominco Resources International, which was formed in April to operate the Buckhorn gold mine in Nevada and to carry out international exploration for gold and other metals, reported a loss of $1.9 million for the six months ended Sept 30. That allows for $4.5 million in exploration expenditures in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.

However, after adjustment for non-cash items, Cominco says its cash position increased from $36.6 million to $38.7 million during the recent third quarter.

Relay Creek Resources has changed its name to Aabax International Financial Corp. (axf:vse) on a share-for-share basis.

Common shares of Monalta Resources (mot:vse) have been delisted at the request of the company. The shares are listed on the ase.

Neptune Resources Corp. has changed its transfer agent to Guaranty Trust Co.
