Black Thunder Petroleum Corp. (BTP:VSE) has changed its name to Conley Resources Corp. (CNY:VSE) on a 1-new-for-5-old- share basis. A cease trade order dated from June 30, 1988, is still in effect. The VSE requires that the company complete its reorganization and be reinstated for trading by Oct. 5 or the company’s shares will be delisted. Transfer agent is Montreal Trust.
