Montreal-listed partners Societe Miniere Ecudor and Ressources Dianor report that exploration will begin soon on their Adanac gold property near Rouyn-Noranda, Que.
Geophysical surveys by 30%-owner Dianor have outlined a 1.5-km-long, east-west-trending structure which locally contains gold mineralization. Channel samples from trenches across the structure have yielded values ranging from 5.15 grams gold per tonne over 4.14 metres to 11.19 grams over 2.73 metres. The trenches are distributed over 1.2 km of strike length. The upcoming program will include sampling and diamond drilling.
