NEWS ROUNDUP — GeoNova options Serem ground

An agreement has been reached between GeoNova Explorations (VSE) and Serem Quebec that will enable GeoNova to acquire a 60% undivided interest in 59 claims held by Serem in northwestern Quebec.

The property is located in Cavalier Twp., between the Casa Berardi deformation zone to the north and the Douay deformation zone to the south. Exploration since 1990 has identified two gold-bearing prospects. GeoNova will compile the past data before conducting geophysical surveys, structural analysis and a drilling program.
