Discussions have ended between two Vancouver-listed juniors regarding financing for the Hislop Twp. gold property in northeastern Ontario,
The property is owned by Glimmer Resources.
According to Glimmer, the planned private placement in which Canadian Golden Dragon was to have bought 200,000 Glimmer shares at $1 each was not exercised.
Glimmer is now negotiating potential financing with other parties.
