NEWS ROUNDUP — Globex hits zone at Duquesne West

Montreal-listed junior Globex Mining reports promising results from drilling on the Duquesne West gold project in northwestern Quebec.

The company intersected 18.9 ft., which averaged 0.34 oz. gold per ton. The intersection was hosted in a zone of sericite-ankerite-silica alteration with finely disseminated pyrite, at a vertical depth of 90 ft.

The property is beside the mine of the same name, 18 miles north of Rouyn-Noranda.
