NEWS ROUNDUP — MIM selling Asarco shares

Australian firm MIM Holdings is selling 9.5 million shares of Asarco (NYSE) at US$28 per share in an international offering.

Of that total, a U.S. syndicate is offering 6.6 million shares; the international offering comprises 2.8 million shares.

Asarco is a major metals producer whose assets include a 15.5% stake in MIM.
