NEWS ROUNDUP — Ontex to begin exploring Brookbank

A first-phase drill program by Ontex Resources (ONT-A) is testing the 29,000-acre Beardmore-Geraldton property, northeast of Thunder Bay, Ont.

The property hosts the Brookbank deposit, which at last report contained a resource of 1.38 million tons grading 0.26 oz. gold per ton, open along strike and at depth. Ontex plans to drill 15-20 holes to test the Cherbourg zone, 1.1 km west of Brookbank, as well as strike extensions of the Brookbank deposit.
