As part of a move to focus solely on its Casino copper-gold project in the southern Yukon, Pacific Sentinel Gold (VSE) has sold its other property interests to Patriot Resources.
Patriot, a private company, will pay Pacific Sentinel 1.8 million shares for eight property interests in British Columbia, Manitoba and the Yukon. All are in the early stages of exploration.
On closing of the transaction, Pacific Sentinel will own 47% of Patriot’s current outstanding shares.
Douglas Forster, vice-president of Pacific Sentinel, said Patriot will likely be listed in the future.
Sentinel is drilling 24 hours a day with six rigs at its Casino property. It is attempting to delineate a porphyry copper-gold deposit which measures 3,600 ft. north-south and 5,000 ft. east-west.
