Major mineral deposits in production or under development in the Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d’Or, Malartic, Cadillac, Joutel, Casa- Berardi and Matagami mining camps will be described in conferences.
Typical sections of different mineral deposits of the Abitibi region, at the Rejeau-Houle Arena, will be presented at poster sessions and drill core displays.
This symposium is made possible with the collaboration of Mineraux Noranda, Minnova Inc. and the Ministere de 1’Energie et des Ressources du Quebec.
