Semenets to speak at course
Renowned mineralogist and rough diamond specialist Elena Semenets will speak at a course on rough diamonds Nov. 25-29 in Vancouver, B.C.

CAMESE represented in Brazil
Exposibram 2003, the 10th bi-annual congress of the Brazilian Mining Institute, is slated for Sept. 23-26, 2003.
The popular show has already sold out, but the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment & Services for Exports (CAMESE) is holding limited booth space on a first-come/first-serve basis for Canadian mining suppliers.
The event will be held in the Belo Horizonte Pavilion, which has 8,500 sq. metres of exhibition space.
