Burton Joyce, senior vice- president and chief financial officer of New York, N. Y.-based Inspiration Resources Corp., has been appointed president and chief exe cutive officer of the corporation’s Sioux City, Iowa-based Terra International s ubsidiary. He succeeds William Dible who retired last January but who will conti nue to serve as a consultant to Terra.
