Ourominas now Thistle Mining

A 10-for-1 consolidation of capital and a name change to Thistle Mining (THT-T) have capped the recent refinancing of Ourominas Minerals (OMI-T).

The company, which will be converting from an exploration company to a resource-financing and royalty vehicle, will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Warrants, which were also trading on the TSE, have been adjusted to take the consolidation into account.
