A majority of issues on the over- the-counter markets traded lower this week. Several, however, bucked the downtrend, such as Augdome Corp. which closed at 33 cents -38 cents . The company’s main asset is its 18- claim Augdome gold property near Timmins, Ont., which has extensive undergrond workings.
Errington Industrial Enetrprises was also better at $1.10-$1.20. The company is getting into the gold exploration business and plans a name change. Consolidated Grandview Inc. was also slightly stronger at 55 cents -65 cents . At last report, the company was involved with a gold tailings recovery program in Ghana, Africa.
Seemar Explorations has been reorganized on a one for one basis into Goldstake Explorations. The new company traded at 75 cents -85 cents . On the easier side, Matt Berry Mines, closed at 25 cents -30 cents . The company is involved with a Casa Berardi area project north of Joutel, Que.
