Pacific Bay begins Yukon program

Field crews have begun follow-up work on geophysical features identified by an airborne survey over the holdings of Pacific Bay Minerals (PBM-V) in the Finlayson-Wolverine Lake-area in south-central Yukon.

The company staked an additional 44 claims adjoining the MAC property, south of McEvoy Lake, where highly conductive zones coincide with areas of high magnetic response.

Pacific Bay’s total land package in the region now stands at 478 claims, which are divided among the fully owned JK, MAC and Simpson Lake properties, and the TY property, which is under option to Westmin Resources (WMI-T).

Westmin can earn up to a 60% interest in the TY claims by spending $500,000 on exploration over three years.
